On April 1st, Veuve Clicquot will be launching the 2016 Business Woman’s Award and New Generation Award to celebrate accomplished women in business and entrepreneurs across Canada. Veuve Clicquot is a French champagne house that flourished under the care of Madame Clicquot. She practically invented the words “business women”.

Veuve Clicquot has always celebrated powerful women with a keen sense and passion for business, as these are the same qualities that drove Madame Clicquot in her business pursuits. She was a woman ahead of her time, yet her qualities can be found in many modern day women, and as such should be commemorated.
This is the first time that The New Generation Award will be held in Canada. The awards look at women between the ages of 25-35 that have started their own companies and are making a name for themselves in their perspective fields.
