Planning, preparing, executing and hosting events in this city is a competitive gig. Believe us, we know. We start preparing for our ever popular TIFF Bachelor Party after the latest one is only two months behind us. Venue options, sponsors, logistics, promotion, brand activations, alcohol, catering and keeping the reality star bachelors entertained make for a potential event nightmare. Events are like that.
That’s where a company like The Concierge Club comes in.
The Concierge Club activates events across Canada with staff dedicated in every major city and the ability to produce and execute their client’s visions despite any unanticipated challenges. In addition to experiential marketing, event planning, fabrication and staffing, The Concierge Club also offers uniform sourcing and branding, cross promotion amongst clients, car wrap and rental for mobile campaigns and analytic reporting for every client.
In 2011, Monica Gomez started The Concierge Club after years of experience within marketing and events for corporate brands. After realizing the staffing and event management industry needed a lift, she decided to be the change that the industry was lacking. She wanted her agency to focus on excellence with a flawless attention to detail and a fresh energy and superior management.
Since the doors of The Concierge Club opened, it has become synonymous with events and activations that captivate the imagination and delivers results. Now, the team is experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of staffing and events and are well connected with a network of dedicated staff in every major city across Canada.
Monica Gomez has made quite the name for herself in the staffing industry by being a straightforward, but caring manager who never settles for anything less than the best. Her standards are simple and unrelenting; awe-inspiring events executed by the best talent.
Earlier this year, The Concierge Club celebrated it’s 5th Anniversary. Special guests included world renowned artist, Alec Monopoly, reality TV star Scott Disick, and Ben and Jessica Mulroney. The event was truly a milestone for the agency.
“It’s not only a celebration for all of the agency’s hardworking staff and dedicated clients, but also a celebration of The Concierge Club’s most successful year since its establishment.” says a grateful Gomez. “The event was a thank you to everyone from project managers, brand ambassadors, partner vendors to clients and potential clients for playing an integral role in The Concierge Club’s success and to toast to many more years of success together as a team.”
Charitable work is also on the radar for The Concierge Club. The team will continue to donate financially and through their resources to causes that mean the most to them. In 2018, The Concierge Club will be working with Yellow Brick House to raise funds and donate resources that are in need. Last year, The Concierge Club also pledged to raise $50,000 towards the SickKids Foundation. At the event, The Concierge Club presented SickKids with the $50,000 donation as an ongoing effort to give back to communities and charities that mean the most to Monica and her team.
The future of The Concierge Club is all about expanding services that are in demand and branching out in the U.S. market to reach more clients. The Concierge Club is planning on expanding its XM division to service clients looking to create more memorable interactions with their consumers in an authentic and organic approach.
With more service offerings and clients, The Concierge Club team will definitely be growing internally and externally. They are looking to hire to grow their office team to support and drive more business as they expand services into the U.S.
