Top 4 Ways To Spring Into Spring

Now that the snow is finally starting to melt, the days are getting longer, and your starting to hate your adorable winter parka, that you never thought you would get sick of, it’s time for spring! After a long winter of eating comfort foods and the harsh winter weather keeping us from the outdoors, its no surprise that with the warm Spring weather comes time for a little revamp of our bodies. Don’t worry though; we have a few tips that will get you back looking like a fox before you hit the beach.

1. Spring clean your body

This isn’t to say you need to only drink some gross cayenne pepper and lemon juice concoction for 10 days straight, but cut out the alcohol (yes ladies that includes wine). Try and avoid drinking caffeine for a few days or eat completely raw and natural for a day. Water is a great way for a natural cleanse, it flushes toxins and helps with your complexion. These little changes can make a huge change in your body, your complexion, as well as the way you feel!

2. Hit the gym regularly

All throughout winter we become lazy and we tend to not have any motivation, we also don’t ever really stick to a schedule. Now that the weather is getting nicer you need to break that habit and start going to the gym regularly. Exercising regularly not only improves the way you look, feel, and act but it also allows you to intensify your work outs each week, which will in turn make you feel much more
accomplished and encouraged to keep going.

3. Make a springtime resolution

Although New Years is the traditional “new year, new me” approach, the winter weather keeps us from going for a jog outside or going for a swim. Spring is the perfect time to make a resolution because the weather is nicer and the days are longer. So instead of making (and usually dropping) a New Years resolution, try making it now instead, and vow to always make a new one every spring.

4. Looking fabulous is feeling fabulous

After you’ve done the body cleanse and started hitting the gym, it’s time to show off that body of yours, and what’s a better way to do it then buying a brand new outfit or two that really shows off what you’ve got to offer! When you are confident in the way you look and feel, it really boosts your self-esteem and can really show in the way your carry yourself. Being confident is one of the sexiest attributes ever.
