Oasis Aqualounge will be collaborating with the creators of the book Modern Whore (Andrea Werhun and Nicole Bazuin) on a special, cabaret-style event celebrating the artistic talents of Canadian sex workers.
The performance will take place on Oasis’ famed Ballroom Stage. In addition erotically charged performances (one by Werhun herself), there will be a silent auction featuring original photographs from Modern Whore. Yes, this is your chance to own a piece of the sex work memoir taking the world by storm! Imagine how well those sensual snaps would liven up your boudoir!
The event will also feature a raffle draw, the proceeds of which will go to Maggie’s Toronto, an outreach organization that works with Toronto-based sex workers.
