Jana Webb, former performer and athlete is the founder and creator of JOGA (yoga for Jocks) specializing in sports specific movement. After training across the globe 10 years ago in Japan Jana has grounded herself in Toronto where she teaches in athletic centres, boutique studios on the Toronto Argonaut football field or the court with Team Canada Beach Volleyball.
