Hosted by Montreal-based fitness company POP Spirit, these classes will take place Saturday from 1p.m. until 1:45p.m. at Parc La Fontaine and Sunday from 10:30a.m. until 11:15a.m. every weekend until March 24. Classes are free to the public and taught by professional instructors. Just be sure to bundle up for the cold weather and bring your own mats.
