Dining at Farzi Café is all about the experience. From whimsical presentations of smoke, avant-garde plating and even playful customer participation, Farzi Café is far from typical. Customers build their own immersive dining experience as they order, with each dish bringing a new surprise to the table. If you’re looking for a grand finale, order the ras malai tres leches: servers dip a rose into liquid nitrogen table-side and guests are invited to shatter it onto their plate for a final floral touch.
Farzi Café Square One opened its doors last month in Mississauga, marking the popular Indian franchise’s 19th overall and first ever North American location. Founded by the “Prince of Indian Cuisine,” Master Chef India Judge Zorawar Kalra, Farzi Café has had huge success internationally, with their London location receiving Michelin Guide recognition last year.
Here in Canada, their 4,000 square foot space includes a chic indoor dining room, a commanding bar and a large outdoor patio that boasts a high-energy, indoor-outdoor ambience.

Farzi Café serves up a gourmet, Indian fusion tapas-style menu, that is filled with unexpected tastes and textures, like bubbling lemon foam on their tempura fried prawns. Farzi’s impressive full-flavour menu ranges from traditional favourites like Butter Chicken and Tikka Masala, to imaginative twists like daal-chawal arancini, a curried lentil rendition of a classic Italian dish, and an Indian-style deconstructed shepherd’s pie.
Thirsty? Explore their innovative, zodiac-inspired cocktail menu, created by Farzi London’s award-winning mixologist duo Din and Engji. Using state of the art technology like sonic homogenizers and centrifugal machines, Farzi’s bartenders are more like scientists, shaking up inventive concoctions using carefully selected tinctures, herbs and spices. Their mocktails are unlike any other out there, as they are mixed up with just as much magic too!
