SJ’s FAVORITE SUGAR FREE-GOOD4YA-SUGAR/GUILT FREE PROTEIN MUFFINS
Ingredients:
· 1/2 cup ripe banana (about 1 small banana)
· ¼ cup egg whites
· 1 whole egg
· 1/2 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
· 1/2 cup oats
· 2tbs ground flax
· 2 scoops Kaizan Whey (Natural Vanilla)
· ¼ cup stevia or 2 tbsp. Agave
· 1 tsps. baking powder
· 1 tsps. baking soda
· 1/2 tsps. cinnamon (optional)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray
3. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (or food processor), and blend until mixture is smooth.
4. Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
